PlanetScale retired its free Hobby plan on 2024-04-08, after stopping new Hobby databases on 2024-03-06. Hobby databases that were not upgraded were put to sleep with their data kept. The cheapest plan became Scaler Pro at $39 a month with 10 GB of storage. Source ↗
