SimplePDF's Free plan stopped including form submissions: its embed page listed "3 submissions per document" on the Free plan in the Internet Archive's capture of 2025-10-11 and no longer did on 2025-10-28. The Free plan still embeds the editor on your site, with unlimited PDFs and end users.
