GitHub paused new signups for Copilot Pro, Pro+, and Copilot Student plans citing infrastructure strain from agentic AI workflows (long-running, parallelized sessions overwhelming capacity). Existing users are unaffected. Free tier signups remain open. Same announcement also removed Claude Opus from Pro (now Pro+ only) and tightened usage limits on individual plans.

AWS WorkSpaces Thin Client end of availability. AWS stopping sales of Thin Client devices. Existing devices continue working but no new hardware can be purchased.

Hyperping free plan limits restructured: monitor cap raised from 5 to 20 (HTTP, port, ping, keyword), but the check interval slowed from 3 minutes to 5 minutes. Free plan now also includes 1 seat and 1 server monitoring agent. Trade-off: 4x more endpoints can be monitored, at the cost of slower check granularity.

X API per-request pricing overhaul: Owned Reads now $0.001/request; writes raised to $0.015/post (from ~$0.01); URL-containing posts now $0.20/post (massive increase). Following, likes, and quote-posts via API removed from all self-serve tiers. Announced on X Developer Community.
