Pricing Model: Usage-Based vs. Credit-Based

Vercel uses per-resource usage limits (100 GB bandwidth, 1M invocations, etc.) — each metric tracked independently. Netlify uses a unified credit pool (300 credits/month) shared across deploys, bandwidth, and compute. Vercel is more predictable; Netlify's credits can be confusing but offer flexibility.

Framework Support: Next.js-Native vs. Framework-Agnostic

Vercel is built by the Next.js team — you get the deepest integration, fastest builds, and latest features first.
