Every count above is a count of listed offers, out of 1,580. An offer is unrated where we withhold its stability class — a pricing page we could not reach or could not read, a read we refused, a gated listing, or a narrowing in our records that cites no source or that no archived copy of the vendor's page has confirmed. 95 of the 565 vendors we hold a change history for are unrated on that basis, so their records below carry no class.
These vendor free tiers have been removed, severely cut, or show multiple negative changes. If you depend on these, plan a migration.
Counting only changes we cite a source for, where a restriction the vendor later lifted counts for nothing and a free tier the vendor removed and later restored counts as one negative change: two or more negative changes hold a vendor here while at least one of them still carries a demotion — a one-off pricing event whose date falls in the last 180 days, or a standing condition that does not expire with time. A vendor whose newest such event passes 180 days moves to Watch below on that day, with nothing about the vendor having changed. A vendor whose free tier was removed and not restored, whose open-source version was killed, or whose product was retired stays here whatever the date.
